About The Position

D.R. Horton, Inc. is hiring a Junior Sales Representative. The successful candidate will train to manage the entire sales process and communicate with customers from the first interaction through the close of escrow. The role supports prospective homebuyers, tracks sales and construction progress, maintains sales documentation and files, and helps ensure the sales office and model homes meet company standards.

Requirements

Associate’s degree or two years of related experience.
Georgia Real Estate License.
Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license, and be able to drive during daytime or nighttime.
Ability to use DRH Sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
Proficiency with MS Office and email.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Prior CRM software experience.
Previous sales experience and knowledge of the industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Greet and qualify visitors.
Demonstrate models, homes, and home sites.
Overcome sales objections and close sales.
Document transactions and cancellations.
Track the progress of loans, options, and construction.
Respond to customer requests for information.
Maintain lot files and sales files.
Monitor models and the sales office for appropriate disclosures, supplies, repairs, and other needs.
Conduct business professionally and ethically to serve potential buyers and increase company goodwill and profit.
Develop and maintain rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members.
Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
