The Junior Sales Representative works in outside, business-to-business sales, visiting local businesses to offer supplemental insurance products that help protect clients. The role includes mentorship, training, and opportunities for growth, with success tied to performance.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to obtain a health insurance license; reimbursement is available.
• A bachelor's degree or at least four years of professional experience after high school.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local business travel.
• Comfort using a smartphone, iPad, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
