About The Position

As a full-time Junior Pricing & Distribution Analyst at SIXT, you will support pricing and distribution operations across the United States and Canada. You will monitor and update rental rates, extract and validate data, produce performance insights, and help maintain reporting tools and documentation. You will collaborate with fleet, sales, and operations teams and assist senior team members with pricing initiatives, market research, and distribution coordination. The role requires four days in the office and flexibility to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in pricing, distribution, data analysis, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask effectively and communicate professionally across teams.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with SQL and Tableau or Google Looker.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Codex.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update rental rates across the United States and Canada, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Extract, clean, and validate data using Excel and SQL, and use AI tools to accelerate data workflows.
• Contribute to maintaining dashboards in Tableau or Google Looker.
• Generate daily and weekly insights on sales, inventory, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with fleet, sales, and operations teams to support alignment and communication.
• Maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and internal documentation.
• Analyze data on vehicle features, market trends, and sales channels to identify pricing opportunities.
• Assist senior team members with pricing initiatives, market research, and distribution coordination.
