About The Position

OfficeRnD is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to join their team on a part-time basis (20-hour work week). This role reports to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations and will support the quote-to-signature process and the day-to-day execution of pricing and contracting. The goal is to help keep deals moving by ensuring accurate and timely processing of quotes and contracts.

Requirements

  • Prior exposure to a B2B software or SaaS company.
  • Basic experience with a CRM (Hubspot preferred).
  • Basic experience with a quoting and e-signature tool (PandaDoc preferred).
  • Basic experience building reports or dashboards in a BI tool.
  • A track record of supporting process rollouts.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A naturally inquisitive mindset.
  • A degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day deal processing for the customer team, helping move quotes through to signed contracts accurately and on time.
  • Prepare and review quotes in Hubspot and PandaDoc, checking for correct pricing, products, and contract terms.
  • Help Sales and Customer Success team members troubleshoot issues with quotes, contracts, and the tools they use.
  • Track deals in flight and flag anything that is stuck or needs attention.
  • Help roll out pricing, discount, and packaging changes by updating quote templates, contract templates, and supporting documentation.
  • Spot-check how pricing and discounts are being applied across deals and flag inconsistencies.
  • Keep internal references (playbooks, FAQs, approval matrices) up to date.
