As a Junior Regional Account Manager, you will support the development, management, and growth of a B2B client portfolio across the North and Northeast regions of Brazil. The role combines account management (farming) and business development activities, with a strong focus on commercial performance, partner productivity, and results orientation. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to expand financial solutions offerings, including international remittances, foreign exchange, and Banking as a Service (BaaS), in a dynamic and regulated environment. This role requires a results-oriented attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment with good organization and prioritization.
