We’re hiring a Junior Recruiter who can produce results in a high-volume environment - quickly, consistently, and without constant direction. This role is the engine behind our most critical hiring needs, primarily supporting: Medical Assistants (MA), Patient Service Representatives (PSR), Call Center / SDR roles, and Entry-level corporate roles (Coding, Authorizations, RCM). You are not here to “help” recruiting. You are here to drive candidate flow, move pipelines, and close roles. Success in this role comes down to: Speed, Responsiveness, Follow-through, Clean, accurate pipeline management.
