About The Position

Grail Talent is an Influencer Management Agency that connects our diverse and carefully curated roster of content creators with digital marketing opportunities, working with brands and record labels to advertise products and music on social media through influencer promotion and performance marketing. We work with some of the biggest players in Music and New Media, including Sony Music Entertainment and Amazon Prime Video, to help promote the next viral sensation or hit show. In doing so, we are shaping the future of how digital marketing budgets are spent; delivering dynamic and creative promotional campaigns across a variety of social media channels such as TikTok and Instagram, and measuring their impact with detailed analytics. As a Junior Recruiter Intern at Grail Talent, you'll play a key role in supporting our recruitment team as we identify, engage, and hire top Talent Managers and creator industry professionals. You'll gain hands on experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and recruitment operations within the fast growing creator economy.

Requirements

  • Are interested in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, creator economy, influencer marketing, or startups
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Are highly organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
  • Are proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
  • Enjoy speaking with people and building relationships
  • Are comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Have strong attention to detail and administrative skills

Nice To Haves

  • Have experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, marketing, or community building
  • Are familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, or sourcing tools

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and identifying potential candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, and industry communities
  • Screening applications and conducting initial outreach to prospective candidates
  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records within our applicant tracking system
  • Supporting the recruitment team with candidate research, talent mapping, and pipeline management
  • Assisting with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Participating in team meetings, interview debriefs, and hiring strategy discussions
  • Helping improve recruitment processes and candidate experience across the hiring journey
