About The Position

The Junior Project Manager supports customer projects involving storage systems and pallet racking, reporting to the program lead. The role includes on-site inspections, field data collection, load capacity calculations, and preparation of technical reports, recommendations, and project deliverables. The position requires frequent travel throughout the United States. When not traveling, the successful candidate works from the office and manages assignments independently while collaborating with a distributed team. The role offers technical development with guidance and support from experienced engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Structural, or Building Engineering, or currently completing the degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering information.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently throughout the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel by car and air as required.
• Comfortable working remotely and using technology to collaborate with colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site conformity inspections of pallet racking and storage systems.
• Collect field measurements, technical information, and photographs.
• Perform load capacity calculations.
• Prepare technical reports, recommendations, and project deliverables.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders throughout each project.
• Travel frequently throughout the United States to complete on-site assignments.
• Develop technical knowledge with guidance and support from experienced engineers.
• Manage assignments independently when not traveling while collaborating with a distributed team.
