About The Position

Are you early in your career and looking to build a strong foundation in project management? Join our Shared Services team to gain broad exposure to global operations and build a strong foundation in how large, cross-functional initiatives come together inside a growing telecoms technology company. As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll work closely with teams across Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, Compliance, IT, and more to keep projects on track and deliver results on time. Early on, you’ll learn about our systems, tools, and key stakeholders, then take on increasing ownership of projects, reports and outcomes. The work is varied, the exposure is broad, and the learning curve is steep (in the best way). If you’re organized, curious, and ready to take initiative, this role offers valuable hands-on project management experience in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, technology, English, or a related field, or 3 years of equivalent work experience
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on professionalism, responsiveness, effective conflict resolution, and the ability to clearly communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Effective prioritization in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative team -oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Strong organization and project doc umentation management skills
  • Experience with project status report ing and milestone tracking
  • Ability to proactively identify risks, roadblocks and process gaps
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Planner, Teams) and openness to leveraging AI tools
  • Curious and motivated to learn new technologies quickly
  • Co nfidence leading meetings and facilitating discussions

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in IP telephony, telecommunications, or the IT industry
  • Knowledge of project lifecycles from initiation to closeout

Responsibilities

  • Measure project performance and monitor metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Support internal projects and, over time, take ownership of leading projects, running meetings, and recommending process improvements
  • Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and assist in developing solutions
  • Plan and manage team goals, project schedules, and resources (internal and external), ensuring projects remain on track and within scope, schedule, and budget
  • Manage project-related documentation by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
  • Manage project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes , and emails
  • Build strong partnerships and collaborate across teams to align objectives
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Liaise with management to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals
  • Document complete project plan, identify milestones, risk, change management and metrics for success
  • Achieve organizational goals while adhering to company standards and project management best practices
