About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our growing property restoration team. You will run smaller jobs on your own and also shadow senior managers to learn how to oversee more complex water, fire, mold, and storm damage reconstruction projects. This entry-level role with tremendous growth potential, balancing field supervision with administrative coordination. You will ensure residential and commercial properties are rebuilt safely, on time, and within budget.

Requirements

Proficiency with MS Office
Strong verbal and written skills to interact with anxious clients and diverse crews.
Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (company vehicle provided for field use).
Capability to walk active construction sites, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

1–2 years in construction, restoration, or project coordination
Familiarity with Xactimate or JobNimbus

Responsibilities

Assist in managing non-complex restoration projects from initial scoping to final walkthrough.
Set schedules for your team and subcontractors.
Visit job sites daily and monitor subcontractor progress and safety compliance and oversee the two to four person in-house carpentry team.
Provide daily updates to homeowners and property managers during stressful times.
Seek out and form new trade partner relationships.
Capture before/after photos and maintain accurate job logs in restoration software.
Learn to use Xactimate software to draft accurate material and labor scopes.
Track delivery of materials and schedule trade subcontractors.
