The Office of General Counsel at CAA ICON is looking for a Paralegal/Legal Assistant. The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Requirements

2+ years of relevant administrative assistant experience
Good verbal and written communication; excellent organizational skills
Ability to work well with team members and Company clients, and to respond effectively and quickly to their needs and issues; meet commitments and effectively manage expectations
Strong computer skills, including MS Word and Outlook
Handle confidential information discreetly and with sensitivity
High level of organization and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize competing demands
Self-starter with good problem-solving skills while maintaining client service orientation
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently and to meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
Must be very good at managing own responsibilities with minimal supervision
Able to handle multiple projects at once
Tech savvy; knowledgeable of Microsoft Office and Adobe
Good writing skills, great attention to detail and the desire to succeed; excellent communication and interpersonal skills a must

Responsibilities

Assist in the drafting and distributing of certain project management agreements, purchase orders, change orders and other documents related active construction/development project sites
Assist in the drafting and distributing of NDAs and other transactional agreements
Draft summaries of certain agreements
Coordinate with team members on assigned tasks
For the Office of General Counsel, calendar dates and deadlines, maintain a detailed tracking database for all issued agreements and tasks, coordinate appointments and team events, coordinate travel, complete expense reports, and other administrative tasks
Assist on special projects as needed
Assist in meetings
Liaise with multiple external legal counsels on active litigation cases, subpoenas, and contracts
