About The Position

IMSolutions is seeking a Junior Management Analyst/Program and Executive Support Analyst to provide analytical, organizational, reporting, and administrative support for HUD executive initiatives and task-order activities. This role is full-time and remote. The successful candidate will help senior consultants, program managers, and HUD stakeholders maintain visibility into work status, decisions, risks, action items, and operational improvement activities. The role is important because HUD’s executive initiatives involve multiple stakeholders, shifting priorities, recurring reporting requirements, and deliverables that must be accurate, timely, clearly written, and suitable for senior leadership review. The analyst must be comfortable operating in a structured federal environment while remaining adaptable when task-order requirements or priorities evolve.
