About The Position

Precise Systems is seeking a Junior FMS Program Analyst to support PMA-276 at the Patuxent River, MD Program Office. The candidate will be a member of the Nigeria FMS IPT and will provide program management support. The ideal candidate applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives, analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules, and performs management, technical, or business case analyses. This role involves collecting, completing, organizing, and interpreting data, as well as tracking program/project status and schedules.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree.
  • Less than 3 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

  • Participates as a member of and/or supports the overall FMS International Team
  • Participates as a member of and supports the overall program team.
  • Applies analytical techniques to evaluate program and project objectives.
  • Assists with the development, submission, and routing of Contractor Performance Assessment Reports (CPARs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs), and Acquisition Strategies.
  • Collects, interprets, tracks, and organizes information and documentation related to program and product requirements.
  • Tracks time-sensitive Integrated Product Team (IPT) requirements, ensuring inputs are collected and submitted accurately and ahead of established deadlines.
  • Coordinates with program staff to support operational requirements and assigned tasks, including the preparation of presentation materials using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Assists with strategic communication activities and acquisition documentation.
  • Reviews and researches applicable instructions, directives, policies, and lessons learned.
  • Handles sensitive information appropriately and in accordance with established requirements.
  • Demonstrates initiative and the ability to quickly learn the entry, maintenance, and tracking of budget, financial, and acquisition information using the NAVAIR Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT), Procurement Management Tool (PMT), and related visualization tools.
  • Develops proficiency with the AMS Suite of Tools.
  • Demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
