Precise Systems seeks a Program Analyst, Junior to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. The selected candidate, in addition to business support duties (filing, taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements), will provide programmatic support to executive staff with office management responsibilities which may include budgeting, personnel records and payroll. May be required to work independently on projects requiring research and preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials. This is an in-office position. This role requires in-person support

Requirements

  • Associate Degree or allowable substitutions. Allowable substitutions for the Associate Degree include two years of additional work experience.
  • 0-3 years' experience related to the duties listed above
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Program Office staff with business and programmatic support and organizational tasking
  • Manage front end activities, answer phone, daily paperwork, greet customers, replace toner and stock up on paper
  • Collect mail and receive Fed Ex/UPS packages and route to the addressed individual
  • Procure office supplies ensuring basic supplies are always available
  • Maintain leadership calendars for scheduling meetings and assistance
  • Manage two conference room calendars, coordinate with other conference rooms for availability, coordinate meetings for executives
  • Format various correspondence as well as routing them for review and signature
  • Consistent updating of numerous charts for accuracy for our customer’s view
  • Check in and check out numerous visitors/customers. Assisting all new checking ins with policies and procedures and a tour of the PMA
  • Communicate training requirements and complete numerous training courses requirements
  • Set up Audio and VTC bridges
  • Process Visitors in BASICS
