We are currently seeking a Junior Configuration Management Analyst/Project Analyst to support our customer at the Patuxent River, MD Program Office.

Requirements

  • BS or BA degree
  • Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • less than 3 years’ experience performing duties described in the functional description.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

  • Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs
  • Supports the review/approval process of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) at regularly scheduled Configuration Control Board (CCB) and Preliminary Review Board (PRB) meetings
  • Creates MAT Packages using the NAVAIR 4130 Workbook for all Class I ECPs, Interim Technical Directives (ITDs), Rapid Action Minor Engineering Changes (RAMECs) and Request for Variances (RFVs)
  • Supports program milestone and working group meetings as they pertain to Configuration Management
  • Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management
  • Supports documenting and tracking through SharePoint and ECM.
