About The Position

This role will provide entry level help desk and tech support for a Windows based environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams. Some basic knowledge of networking, including Wi-Fi, is a plus. The role involves setting up computers for new hires and other employees, assisting them with basic tasks such as setting up printers and software, and helping users with Android and iPhone setup and troubleshooting. Occasionally, the role may require running data cables, such as Cat6.

Requirements

• Basic Windows administration
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn new software and hardware
• Experience working with Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams
• Authorization to work in the U.S
