About The Position

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Support professionals. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for various IT issues.

Requirements

Proven experience in a technical support role or similar, preferably in an IT environment.
Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technologies.
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications.
Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
