Altruist is entering an exciting phase, and we're looking for someone to own all things IT related for our Culver City office! This role is hybrid, with four days per week in our Culver City office.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Experience with Mac and PC Operating Systems
  • Basic knowledge of AI/Automation workflow building (Okta workflows, Google Apps Script, N8N)
  • Experience with G Suite and Google Admin
  • Experience with OKTA, Jamf, and Kaseya-VSA
  • Experience with Google Meet and Zoom conferencing equipment
  • Computer and Printer Support
  • New computer hardware and software builds, using imaging software
  • Familiarity with Office 365 Suite - some knowledge of Outlook may be required

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred Experience with Atlassian apps (Confluence, Jira)
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.
  • Conduct corporate training sessions.
  • Assist with onboarding-offboarding.
  • Maintain the daily performance of computer systems and conference room equipment.
  • Help with maintaining IT asset/inventory mgmt
  • Performs other related duties and projects as requested or assigned.
