About The Position

This role focuses on managing the day-to-day operations and full lifecycle of overseas SaaS applications. The Junior IT Operation Engineer will be responsible for account provisioning, access control, license management, and configuration administration to ensure platform stability and compliant usage. The position involves handling escalated technical issues, coordinating with SaaS vendors, and working with business teams to understand needs and recommend solutions. A key aspect of the role is analyzing and governing SaaS usage data, driving standardization of processes, and improving operational efficiency through automation. The engineer will also support security and access governance, and participate in AI- and integration-driven SaaS transformations to enhance employee digital experience and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in IT operations, SaaS administration, or related areas.
  • Hands-on understanding of enterprise SaaS administration and lifecycle governance, including account, access, license, and configuration management.
  • Ability to perform basic usage data analysis and provide operational insights to support resource optimization and management decision-making.
  • Strong structured thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Capability to translate business requirements into standardized processes and practical solutions.
  • Good cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate among business teams, IT teams, and external vendors.
  • Strong service mindset, with a focus on continuously improving SaaS service stability and user experience.
  • Interest in and willingness to promote the adoption of AI and automation in SaaS operations and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations and full lifecycle of overseas SaaS applications, including account provisioning, access control, license management, and configuration administration.
  • Handle escalated and complex SaaS-related technical issues from the service desk and serve as the technical point of contact for SaaS vendors.
  • Coordinate troubleshooting and resolution with SaaS vendors to ensure the availability of critical business systems.
  • Work closely with business teams to understand their needs and pain points, evaluate and recommend suitable SaaS tools or feature solutions.
  • Ensure that technical solutions are aligned with business goals and successfully implemented.
  • Analyze and govern SaaS usage data, including user activity, utilization rate, and tool coverage.
  • Drive data cleansing and unified data standards, and establish standardized SOPs and operational procedures.
  • Participate in and drive the automation and orchestration of SaaS lifecycle processes, such as onboarding, offboarding, and access changes.
  • Support the establishment of unified identity and access control standards for SaaS platforms.
  • Improve cross-system access governance and security audit mechanisms.
  • Participate in and drive cross-platform integration between SaaS applications and internal systems.
  • Explore and support the adoption of AI in SaaS workflows, including intelligent workflow orchestration, automated processing, and cross-system integration.
