About The Position

Optiveum is the recruitment and contracting party for this role, and the successful candidate will sign a cooperation agreement directly with Optiveum. The Junior IT Analyst will join the Deposits Domain for a global banking client. The domain maintains Personal Banking customers’ accounts and deposits in N-core, a core banking platform based on Temenos Transact that holds around 6.5 million accounts. The analyst will work alongside experienced Product Owners and Analysts, collaborating closely with implementation teams and following SAFe Agile practices.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, and hybrid, with three days a week in the office. The locations are Gdańsk/Gdynia or Warsaw. The stated rate is up to 80 PLN per hour on a B2B basis.

Requirements

• Strong requirements analysis skills.
• Business and data modelling skills.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture and understanding of complex system architecture and how systems communicate.
• Strong conceptual thinking.
• Business knowledge of banking.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with large, complex datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Self-organised and proactive, with the ability to plan work independently.
• Fluent English.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a Nordic bank.
• Exposure to Temenos Transact (T24) or other core banking systems.
