This role focuses on producing timely and accurate investment data with an emphasis on operational efficiency and output quality. The analyst will handle complex tasks under tight deadlines, manage competing priorities, and analyze multiple inputs to meet operational objectives. Key responsibilities include researching data exceptions, maintaining system and business controls for data integrity, executing data reporting and quality control queries, and providing advanced troubleshooting for reports and source systems. The position also involves ensuring data feed service levels are met, escalating issues for efficient resolution, and providing reporting for regulatory bodies and internal partners. The role requires identifying improvement opportunities, performing root cause analysis of data errors, building a network within the Data Management community, and collaborating across the enterprise to improve global operational processes. A strong understanding of assigned funds and securities, and their impact on global operational processes, is essential. Project support, including testing and system monitoring, is also part of the role, along with creating and improving procedures and workflows, identifying control gaps, and adhering to control standards.
