About The Position

Join Lentegrity as a Junior Data Analyst! Lentegrity is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join our Auto Finance Analytics Department. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Director of Analytics to query, analyze, interpret, and visualize data that drives day ‑ to ‑ day decisions and long ‑ term strategic planning. This role is ideal for a motivated analyst who is ready to apply foundational analytics skills, deepen their technical expertise, and grow professionally in a collaborative, data ‑ driven environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, mathematics, data science, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
• Introductory experience with coding or query languages such as SQL or Python
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Exceptional problem ‑ solving and persuasion skills
• Ability to translate data into clear, meaningful insights for non ‑ technical audiences

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Tableau preferred
• Knowledge of the auto finance industry or broader consumer lending industry is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support the Analytics Department in turning data into meaningful stories.
• Write, run, and maintain SQL queries.
• Create clear visualizations and narratives in Tableau.
• Apply statistical techniques to help answer complex business questions.
• Proactively anticipate follow ‑ up questions from business leaders and address them.
• Interpret data in context considering all aspects of Lentegrity’s business, the Automotive and Finance industries, and the macroeconomy.
• Assist in presenting findings and insights to stakeholders.
