This entry-level role is suited to a recent college or aviation school graduate interested in building a career in aviation technology. The role is hybrid and based out of the Denver, Colorado office. Requirements

  • Recently completed a bachelor's degree, aviation school program, or comparable technical program, or equivalent practical experience; 0–2 years of professional experience expected.
  • Genuine passion for aviation and information technology, and a strong desire to build a career across both.
  • Aptitude and willingness to learn software configuration, diagnose flight-planning output issues, and distinguish software defects from configuration or third-party data problems.
  • Strong AI skills or demonstrated ability to learn AI-powered tools quickly, with enthusiasm for applying them to implementation work such as comparing configuration changes, triaging log files, and drafting initial customer responses.
  • Strong critical-thinking and troubleshooting skills, with technical aptitude to learn and configure software without a traditional software engineering background.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort presenting to and training customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and prioritize with support from senior team members.

Nice To Haves

  • Aviation knowledge, such as private pilot ground school, aviation degree coursework, flight dispatch familiarity, or airline/general aviation operations exposure; a genuine desire to build aviation knowledge is also preferred.
  • Current or former pilot experience, or progress toward a dispatcher certificate or license from a regional governmental aviation authority.
  • Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, software migrations.
  • Understanding of, or desire to learn, system integrations and network concepts.
  • Willingness to learn to digitally track project work.
  • Comfort working across time zones with international customers.

Responsibilities

  • Support customer migrations from legacy flight-planning platforms and assist with new customer implementations across service tiers, progressing toward independently managing smaller projects.
  • Assist with migrating customer configuration data and operational parameters, and help define minimum output and reporting requirements with customers under senior specialist guidance.
  • Assist with configuring customer-specific environments and direct-connect integrations with third-party systems, including scheduling, departure control, maintenance, EFB, and post-flight analysis systems.
  • Help coordinate cross-platform migration cases that overlap with active implementations, partnering with senior specialists and internal support teams.
  • Support migrations between related tracking and fleet-management products.
  • Help triage reported issues as software defects, configuration changes, or third-party integration issues.
  • Shadow senior specialists on live projects and customer-facing training, building proficiency across the implementation lifecycle and progressively taking ownership of timelines, milestones, deliverables, and training delivery.
  • Assist with test-and-evaluation to production transitions, including customer validation testing.
  • Use AI-powered tools to accelerate configuration, documentation, and troubleshooting, and help the broader team adopt them.
  • Travel to customer sites on occasion as needed.
