Requirements

0–2 years in digital marketing, tech, or business analytics (internships or a few years of full-time experience)
Comfortable working with numbers and logical problem-solving to uncover trends in campaign performance.
An active interest in testing AI tools to streamline daily work.
High energy and an eagerness to learn.
Takes initiative when an opportunity to help the team is seen.
Desire for a launching pad where curiosity is rewarded and the learning curve is steep.

Responsibilities

Teaming up with Senior Growth Marketers to build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
Analyzing performance data alongside your team to understand why creative or targeting wins, and turning campaign metrics into actionable optimizations.
Supporting client accounts by tracking budget pacing, building performance reports, and preparing client updates.
Preparing for and participating in live strategy conversations.
Testing new AI tools and automated workflows to make campaign management faster and sharper.
Collaborating across offices with creative strategists and analytics leads to deliver high-performing campaigns.
