About The Position

The Junior Graphic Designer supports the marketing and creative teams by producing visually compelling, brand-aligned assets across digital and print platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career designer to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Experience creating visually engaging designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, brochures, and marketing materials.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing and creative teams to develop brand-consistent visuals across campaigns.
  • Experience assisting in the development of brand identities, including logos, color palettes, and typography systems.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience editing and refining designs based on client or team feedback to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Ability to prepare final files for print and digital distribution, ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
  • Experience conducting research on design trends to keep creative work fresh and relevant.
  • Ability to support senior designers in brainstorming and concept development for campaigns.
  • Experience maintaining organized project files and asset libraries for easy team access.
