About The Position

The Jr. Graphic Designer supports the creative needs of the Arizona Diamondbacks organization by contributing to both the conceptual development and execution of design projects. This role collaborates closely with the Clubhouse Creative team and internal departments to deliver high-quality visual solutions. This position requires the ability to interpret creative briefs, manage multiple projects, and produce deliverables that align with brand standards and organizational goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and a strong communicator with a positive, team-first mindset.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of brand standards and visual identity systems
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); familiarity with Microsoft Office on Mac
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret and respond to feedback
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently when needed
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Understanding of how design supports marketing, sales, and fan engagement efforts
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant design experience (internships and freelance work accepted)
  • Portfolio required (URL or PDF submission)

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce a variety of creative assets for digital and print, including flyers, advertisements, vouchers, and sales collateral
  • Collaborate with marketing, corporate partnerships, and other internal teams to execute creative concepts aligned with organizational initiatives
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas that enhance brand storytelling
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and production schedules
  • Prepare and package final files for print and digital distribution according to specifications
  • Maintain organized file systems and support asset management efforts
  • Provide design and production support for events, campaigns, and additional departmental needs
