Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field with at least one year of HR experience.
  • High School Diploma/GED with at least three years of Human Resources and employee engagement experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with employee relations concerns and workplace investigations.
  • Facilitate employee mediations and follow up on employee grievances.
  • Support disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy.
  • Manage the HR hotline and shared HR email account, directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Assist temporary floater employees with securing new opportunities within the organization.
  • Coordinate internal hiring and employee transfer processes.
  • Route applications, collect interview feedback, and coordinate transfer dates.
  • Verify pay rates and work assignments for hires and transfers.
  • Ensure all employment documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support compliance initiatives and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with unemployment claims and Department of Labor documentation.
  • Monitor N95 compliance documentation and employee follow-up.
  • Provide administrative support for Human Resources operations.
  • Notify management of upcoming employee evaluations.
  • Provide guidance on performance review completion.
  • Support benefits administration, open enrollment, and FMLA processes as needed.
