Graham Technologies is seeking a Junior Functional Analyst (Administrative Project Assistant) to provide direct administrative support to clinical staff to ensure efficient patient care operations, accurate documentation, and effective clinic workflow management Location: Bethesda, MD Key Responsibilities: Manage appointment scheduling and patient templates. Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation logs. Coordinate patient flow and support daily clinic operations. Assist with meeting preparation and conference room coordination. Support clinical policy and process improvement initiatives. Required Skills: U.S. Citizenship is required. Candidate must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government background investigation in accordance with contract requirements. Associate or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred. Experience supporting healthcare administrative functions.
