About The Position

The primary responsibility of the Technology Services’ (TS) ERP Cloud Solution Delivery team is to maintain and support highly visible cloud systems, Workday, Adaptive Planning and Coupa. We are seeking one Workday Functional Analyst to augment the team. The Contractor will provide support which includes troubleshooting Production issues, configuring Workday Finance application, performing end-to-end testing of integrations, reports, and/or business processes. The Contractor would support the Production Workday environment, future releases, and the development of new solutions and enhancements.

Requirements

• Ability to configure, implement, test, and document solutions in Workday Finance
• Regression testing of the application and integrations for the upcoming Workday release
• Excellent work ethic, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with integrations in Workday (Orchestrate, Studio, EIB etc)

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting Production issues
• Configuring Workday Finance application
• Performing end-to-end testing of integrations, reports, and/or business processes
• Supporting the Production Workday environment, future releases, and the development of new solutions and enhancements
• Partnering with stakeholders to define needs, analyse business processes, and design, test, and implement system solutions
• Configuring business processes and functional areas in Workday Finance to meet organizational requirements
• Researching and developing solutions for the integration issues between Workday and Coupa system
• Managing biannual Workday updates, analysing feature releases, and implementing new functionalities
• Documenting project deliverables such as requirements specification, design, and test results
