The role also involves coordinating meetings, tracking workflow items like invoices, and maintaining both electronic and physical files according to audit standards. Additionally, the position assists with basic accounting tasks, including data entry for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, processing check batches, reviewing vouchers, and maintaining knowledge of the Chart of Accounts. Training support for corps and staff is also part of the role, along with vendor maintenance and other related duties.
