About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting a plus
• 5+ year’s accounting experience
• Dynamics 365 Business Central/Great Plains a plus, if not a similar software package
• Excellent PC skills including Intermediate Excel
• Must have excellent communications skills to interact with multiple levels of staff and management
• Must have ability to multi-task and handle high volume of varied responsibilities, accurately and professionally
• Must be very accurate and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable
• Print checks and mail upon receiving signature
• Answering vendor inquiries in place of management
• Processing of bank deposits
• Responsible for bookkeeping for various companies
• Conduct financial research into opportunities to increase revenue/decrease expenses
• Variation analysis – identify and implement process improvements
