About The Position

Dollamur is the leading manufacturer of high-performance sport surfaces used by athletes and organizations around the world. We are looking for a motivated Junior Accountant who wants to build a strong foundation in accounting while gaining hands-on experience across accounts payable, general accounting, cost accounting, and financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent accounting graduate or early-career professional looking to grow beyond transactional accounting and develop the technical accounting skills needed for long-term career advancement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing or cost accounting experience.
ERP system experience.
Internship or co-op experience in accounting or finance.
CPA candidate status.
Experience with process automation or workflow improvement.

Responsibilities

Support accounts payable processing and vendor management activities.
Prepare and post journal entries.
Reconcile general ledger accounts and vendor statements.
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
Support product cost setup and maintenance.
Assist with standard costing and manufacturing cost analysis.
Participate in financial reporting and account analysis.
Contribute to accounting process improvements and automation initiatives.
Work closely with Finance leadership on special projects and operational improvements.
