Junior Finance & Data Analyst

The HOTHSaint Petersburg, FL
Hybrid

About The Position

We’re hiring a Junior Finance & Data Analyst to help us make better, faster decisions through data. You’ll work directly with the CFO, getting hands-on with financial and operational data across the business, cleaning it up, organizing it, and turning it into insights the team can actually use. This is not a traditional accounting role. You won’t be closing books or stuck in repetitive tasks. Instead, you’ll be in the middle of how data flows through the company by helping us understand what’s working, what’s not, and where we can improve. You’ll work across tools like NetSuite and HubSpot, making sure data is reliable, connected, and useful. Also, you’ll have the chance to use AI tools to speed things up and build smarter workflows. This role is ideal for someone who’s sharp with Excel, highly detail-oriented, and naturally curious about the “why” behind the numbers. If you enjoy solving messy data problems and making things more efficient, you’ll do well here. This is a junior-level role suited for candidates with 0-2 years of experience.
