About The Position
While some businesses have slowed, home improvement is BOOMING! At Renewal by Andersen, we’re having trouble keeping up with all the opportunities to generate leads at events, festivals, farmers markets, home shows and retail locations. We are looking for well-spoken, energetic, and motivated person to generate leads at events, festivals, farmers markets, home shows and retail locations. Our goal is to schedule appointments-- the more you set the more money you make! This challenging yet fun position requires the ability to have a conversation with ease, overcome objections and keep a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Dependable & reliable
- Must be able to work Weekends
- Reliable form of transportation
- Proficient using a smart phone & computer
Nice To Haves
- Experience in customer service, sales or marketing
- Desire to learn, grow and make connections with people
- Persuasive, outgoing individual that loves talking to people
Responsibilities
- Generate leads at events, festivals, farmers markets, home shows and retail locations.
- Schedule appointments.
- Execute setup & break down of events.
- Maintain high energy and positive attitude.
- Lead training sessions.
