Junior Engineer
About The Position
International Systems Management Corp. (ISM) is seeking qualified candidates for a Junior-Engineer to provide engineering analysis and management support to the US Navy. The selected individual will support Close In Weapon System (CIWS) capability updates and issue analysis. ISM is a growing small business providing exceptional technical, engineering and program management services to DoD programs. ISM employees are experienced professionals that work well independently, or as part of large government-industry teams. ISM staff interact at all levels of DoD and Industry and have a proven track record in achieving positive engineering and program management results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM degree program
- Experience using systems engineering practices to design, manage, test, evaluate, and support technical projects
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
- Experience working in a project-oriented environment
- Possess strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to work independently and in a Team environment
- Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
