About The Position

The Junior Development Manager position involves contributing to network development plans and analyzing traditional gas stores for an assigned market. This role requires learning to negotiate and structure land lease and purchase transactions, coordinating with construction and marketing departments for cost estimations, and preparing submission packages for senior management approval. The position also includes organizing market tours, participating in due diligence, ensuring compliance with company policies, and performing other required duties.

Requirements

• 6 months with Circle K as an Analyst or equivalent.
• Completed a minimum of 5 MAP.
• Ability to travel to an assigned market twice a month.
• Attend monthly meetings in person in the RMBU office.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Drive to learn to become a Development Manager.
• Good team player, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment with constantly changing priorities and deadlines.
• Self-motivated and autonomous with strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to adapt to changing job responsibilities.
• Driver's license and good driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to network development plans and analysis of traditional gas stores for an assigned market.
• Negotiate and structure land lease and purchase transactions.
• Coordinate with the construction and marketing departments to obtain interior design and construction costs.
• Prepare and present complete submission packages for each site to senior management for review and approval.
• Undertake and organize real estate market tours.
• Participate in due diligence activities and admissibility process.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as required.
