The Junior Project Manager provides operational and managerial support to the construction department project delivery and is responsible for coordinating with Project Managers on their project budgets, and schedules, establishing project definition, permitting, costs and approvals with the properties. This position serves as a key internal hub for connecting the construction department to consultants, properties, and AHJs (Authorities Having Jurisdiction).
