About The Position

Singing Frog Studio has been producing feature films and animated series in 2D, 3D and even virtual reality for over 15 years. We are a dynamic and innovative animation studio dedicated to bringing stories to life through captivating visuals and compelling narratives. With a focus on high-quality, our team thrives on collaboration, creativity, and pushing the boundaries of animation. Hybrid: Work from the Studio or remotely from the province of Québec, Canada.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years experience in compositing on 3D animation productions
• Proficiency in Maya and Nuke software required
• Interest in technical aspects

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Arnold and Shotgrid software is an asset

Responsibilities

• Integrate all 3D elements, including animation, effects, lighting
• Match and harmonise the composition of the side screens with the central screen
• Make all adjustments to colour, effects, exposure and lighting for quality rendering, consistency and aligned with the Director's intentions
• Collaborate and share best practices with peers and the CG Supervisor to determine the best techniques
• Ensures that established quality and style targets are met and that deadlines and quotas are respected
• Work in collaboration with other departments, such as Lighting, Pipeline.
