About The Position
We are seeking a Junior CAD Designer with experience in the export market to join our Info Request Team within Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and modifying production-ready jewelry CAD models for our export clients. You will handle quick revisions and design changes, ensuring adherence to export-market standards for finishing, structure, and stone setting. A key aspect of this role is ensuring the metal weight, durability, and manufacturing feasibility of designs, while consistently delivering high-quality work accurately and within deadlines. The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in jewellery CAD design for export markets (USA or international clients preferred)
- Fast and accurate on revisions
- Strong understanding of stone setting, diamond layouts, and manufacturing process
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without missing deadlines
- Basic Excel for tracking and logging work
- Clear written and verbal communication with the office team
- Rhinoceros 3D (Rhino) proficiency
- MatrixGold / Matrix proficiency
- MS Office proficiency
- Portfolio of previous CAD work is mandatory
Nice To Haves
- Jewelry CAD / Jewelry Design certification or relevant experience
