Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or a related field
- 0-3 years of experience in industrial automation, controls engineering, electrical engineering, manufacturing, or related technical environments
- Basic understanding of PLCs, HMIs, industrial networks, and electrical control systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics, P&IDs, and engineering drawings
- Troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot control systems for industrial automation applications including PLCs, HMIs, drives, and networks
- Create and sustain automation and control system architectures
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and system owners to ensure projects are completed on-time and within budget
- Conduct testing and commissioning of automation systems
- Analyze system requirements for industrial automated manufacturing control systems
