About The Position

Technology is transforming the travel industry, and our FCM Technology team is at the forefront of driving automation and efficiency across North America. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full lifecycle of automation solutions—from intake and triage to testing and implementation—supporting impactful client outcomes. You’ll play a highly visible role collaborating with Business Analysts, developers, and internal stakeholders while contributing to the evolution of our automation ecosystem anchored by SAP Compleat. If you enjoy solving problems, working autonomously, and exploring new ways to enhance workflows and efficiency, this role will allow you to make a meaningful impact.

Requirements

  • Ability and willingness to learn new automation systems
  • Experience implementing and supporting SAP Compleat automation platform
  • Strong knowledge of automation workflows (pre QC, QC, pre-ticket, auto-ticket, post-ticket)
  • Experience with Sabre GDS (queues and PNR history)
  • Familiarity with OBTs such as Concur, DEEM, or Cytric
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Strong client interaction and technical communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years in a customer service role
  • Basic understanding of Web Services, XML, and SQL databases
  • Strong written, verbal, and technical documentation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps and SCRUM methodologies
  • Experience with travel technology automation platforms
  • Amadeus GDS experience
  • Familiarity with Concur RRF (Routine Request Form)

Responsibilities

  • Gather detailed information on new development requests and reported issues, triaging to appropriate teams
  • Review and resolve internal automation platform issues via ticketing systems
  • Apply prioritization frameworks to ensure critical requests are addressed efficiently
  • Maintain clear communication between stakeholders and developers throughout issue resolution
  • Update and maintain technical documentation based on support activity
  • Perform accurate list and database updates with strong attention to detail
  • Stay current on automation tools and evolving travel technology capabilities
  • Ensure service agreements are upheld to drive client satisfaction and retention
  • Test code in development and staging environments prior to operational handoff
