This is an excellent opportunity for someone who recently passed the bar and wants hands-on experience, mentorship, and the ability to make a real impact from day one. The primary responsibilities are to build confidence, affirming they made the right choice at the Attorney Engagement Meeting, verify their plan, gather designations, and oversee the client experience.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build trust and simplify complex legal concepts for clients
• Strong ethical standards and sound judgement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• A self-starter with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and high emotional intelligence.
• Strong negotiation skills, including the willingness and ability to reconcile differences and find mutual wins.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to doing things correctly the first time.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client-facing meetings to learn and understand their needs and goals as it pertains to Estate Planning or Probate matters.
• Build strong, lasting relationships through compassionate, thoughtful interactions that instill confidence and trust.
• Serve as a trusted advisor—Provide clear and compassionate guidance.
• Collect detailed personal and financial information to design customized plans aligned with each client’s goals and values.
• Ensure all work is completed thoroughly and accurately.
• Act as the primary legal point of contact for client questions and provide guidance with clarity and empathy.
• Follow up regularly with clients to maintain relationships and ensure continued support.
• Manage your caseload and work directly with the legal team to deliver timely, high-quality results.
