About The Position

TTR Sotheby’s International Realty is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to support the day-to-day accounting operations of the firm. This role will work closely with the Accountant and broader finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions, maintenance of financial records, and support of core accounting workflows. The position is ideal for an early-career professional looking to build a strong foundation in accounting within a fast-paced, service-driven organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or in progress)
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships acceptable)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • A customer-service mindset
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable, including invoice entry, coding, and payment tracking
  • Assist with data entry for settlements, rentals, and brokerage transactions
  • Support commission processing by gathering and organizing supporting information
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
  • Assist with bank and account reconciliations
  • Support the monthly close process through preparation of schedules and supporting materials
  • Respond to internal requests for financial information and documentation
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks within the finance function as needed
