About The Position
LTC Solutions is seeking a Junior Accountant to join our team in Stafford, VA. This is a full-time, onsite position. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting Management or Financial Management
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting or internship with accounting firms
- Must be a US Citizen with eligibility for a security clearance
Responsibilities
- Perform monthly reconciliations of expenses
- Manage credit card expenses
- Assist with contract management and funding
- Manage company travel forms and expenses
- Manage salary surveys and general pricing for contract bids
- Assist proposal efforts with any other accounting requirements
- Manage payroll in Quickbooks
- Manage time cards and track correct charge codes
- Track PTO and employee time off codes
- Work in a team setting, assisting with various other accounting tasks, as needed
