We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accounting Specialist to support premium collection and payment processing activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a high-volume environment and takes pride in accuracy, problem-solving, and excellent service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: data entry, processing, billing, finance, banking, or insurance
- Strong attention to detail
- Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to meet or exceed processing production metrics with accuracy
Nice To Haves
- Insurance experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Process premium payments and related transactions accurately and efficiently
- Perform data entry, research discrepancies, and support payment application activities
- Create written and verbal correspondence and maintain production reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to support timely and accurate service
