About The Position

Kith is hiring a Junior Account Executive. Under the direction of the Head of Wholesale, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in wholesale accounts by assisting with financial reporting, market preparation, and overall accounts management. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and numbers heavy environment. Candidates must be analytically strong and having professional Excel experience is a must.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Degree in a relevant course of study
  • Must be proficient in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, if statements, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills (must be confident in reading and analyzing sales data)
  • Retail math and numbers savvy

Responsibilities

  • Run and analyze weekly sales reports that highlight opportunities for growth and outline areas for improvement based on sales performance, inventory levels, and sell-through
  • Upload purchase orders, maintain order management, and troubleshoot any discrepancies that may arise
  • Create order confirmations to send to partners and ensure pricing is aligned
  • Manage and update the wholesale budget plan daily to ensure cash flow and projections are up to date
  • Communicate any internal changes to our partners daily to ensure our accounts execute a seamless and cohesive launch with our retail stores in relation to calendar, pricing, and assortments
  • Help with sample prep and set up during market week for wholesale appointments
  • Collaborate with cross-functioning product development, production, footwear, special projects, logistics, finance, and design teams to acquire and relay necessary information
  • Identify discrepancies and communicate important feedback from accounts internally
  • Develop a strong relationship with our partners
  • Seasonal visits to our wholesale accounts to ensure floor is aligned with the Kith brand
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts by suggesting assortments, reorders, and delivery flow
