About The Position

MVR Digital is a performance marketing agency helping emerging and luxury DTC brands grow profitably online. We specialize in performance marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Connected TV, along with email, content, design, and landing page optimization. Our fully remote team thrives on collaboration, ownership, and a shared passion for measurable growth. We're looking for a part-time Junior Account Manager to support our client success and marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of digital marketing and client-facing experience, looking to grow in a high-performance, data-driven agency environment. You'll work closely with our senior team to help manage client accounts, coordinate campaign execution, and deliver insights that support strong performance and long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing and account coordination
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • A foundational understanding of performance marketing concepts
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Familiarity with Slack and ClickUp is a plus
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote work setup

Responsibilities

  • Support weekly client calls by preparing summaries, agendas, and notes
  • Help respond to client questions and requests in a timely, professional manner
  • Translate campaign performance into clear, digestible updates
  • Assist with reporting and creating presentation materials
  • Track timelines and deliverables across multiple accounts
  • Coordinate with media buyers, creatives, and strategists
  • Maintain internal project management tools and documentation
  • Ensure campaign updates and optimizations are executed properly
  • Monitor key performance metrics across Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.
  • Help interpret performance data and prepare insights
  • Support the creation and maintenance of client dashboards and trackers
  • Learn how to evaluate full-funnel marketing effectiveness
