About The Position

BDV Solutions partners with U.S. employers to support workforce needs through employment-based immigration solutions. The company works with employers across multiple industries to identify opportunities, support sponsorship needs, and build long-term employer partnerships. As part of Vanteo, BDV Solutions combines employer partnership development, immigration support, and operational coordination to help employers meet workforce needs while supporting individuals pursuing long-term employment opportunities in the United States. The Junior Account Executive supports BDV Solutions through a combination of employer operations and new acquisition responsibilities. The role is responsible for employer HubSpot data standards, employer capacity and sponsorship inventory reporting, account coordination, employer reviews, KPI reporting, prospecting, outbound outreach, and ownership of assigned new employer prospects.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple employer accounts, prospects, and priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using a CRM or similar system.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reporting.
  • Comfortable conducting outbound outreach and employer discovery conversations.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Business Development, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in business development, sales, account management, employer partnerships, operations, or a related field preferred.
  • HubSpot or CRM experience preferred.
  • Experience in staffing, recruiting, workforce solutions, immigration services, or B2B services preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own employer HubSpot data standards, activity capture, stage definitions, automation, reporting and user follow-up discipline.
  • Maintain accurate employer capacity and sponsorship inventory dashboards, including releases, redeployment and aging opportunities.
  • Coordinate account handoffs, employer meeting preparation, cross-functional follow-up and weekly pipeline reviews.
  • Schedule annual employer reviews and re-ups; collect documents and coordinate Finance-first ability-to-pay screening and attorney escalation.
  • Prepare monthly KPI reporting and propose process improvements based on baseline measurements.
  • Build approved prospect lists and personally conduct outbound outreach, discovery and follow-up.
  • Own assigned new employer prospects through qualification, agreement and approval of usable positions; maintain accurate HubSpot attribution.
  • Identify geographic-market and EB-3 Skilled employer opportunities; support employer meetings and approved negotiations.
  • Coordinate with Business Development on strategic accounts, account ownership and shared-credit decisions.
