About The Position

We are currently hiring Junior Account Executives to join our growing local team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in event marketing, brand promotion, customer engagement, and live campaign execution. In this role, you will support the promotion of client brands through live events, pop-up activations, promotional campaigns, and community outreach programs. This is a fully trainable position with no advanced experience required, offering a clear pathway into account management, leadership, and team management roles for high-performing individuals. As a Junior Account Executive, you will assist in the execution of event marketing and brand awareness campaigns designed to increase customer engagement and deliver measurable results for client brands. You will work closely with Account Managers, marketing teams, and sales staff to support strategies that improve brand visibility, customer engagement and experience, and campaign execution quality and performance. This role includes hands-on training, mentorship, and professional development, with structured opportunities to advance into leadership and management positions.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-energy environments
  • Professional, positive, and outgoing personality
  • Comfortable working full-time, including weekends for event schedules
  • Willingness to travel locally for events and promotions
  • Confident in face-to-face customer engagement
  • Motivated, coachable, and eager to grow into leadership roles
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of event marketing programs and brand promotion campaigns
  • Assist in achieving team performance goals and campaign objectives
  • Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to improve results
  • Support onboarding and training of new entry-level team members
  • Monitor quality and accuracy of campaign execution
  • Help resolve customer inquiries and escalations professionally
  • Promote positive customer experiences and brand interactions
  • Represent client brands at live events, activations, and promotional campaigns
