About The Position

We are currently hiring Junior Account Executives to join our growing local team. This is an entry-level opportunity focused on event marketing, brand promotion, customer engagement, and live campaign execution. You will support the promotion of client brands through live events, promotional campaigns, pop-up activations, and community outreach programs. This is a fully trainable position with no advanced experience required, offering a clear pathway into management and leadership roles for high-performing individuals. As a Junior Account Executive, you will assist in executing event marketing and brand awareness campaigns designed to increase customer engagement and deliver measurable results for client brands. You will work closely with Account Managers, marketing teams, and sales staff to support strategies that improve brand visibility, customer experience, and campaign performance and execution quality. This role includes hands-on training and professional development, with opportunities to advance into leadership and management positions.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred (entry-level applicants encouraged)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-energy environments
  • Professional, positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working full-time, including weekends for events
  • Willingness to travel locally for events and promotions
  • Confident in face-to-face customer engagement
  • Motivated, coachable, and eager to grow into leadership roles

Responsibilities
